School Partner confirms number and list of participants and participants receive Tentative Program of Work (TPW)
3 months before YTP Session
Keystone prep sends enrolment details and Pre-Session Survey (PSS) to participants
2 months before YTP Session
Participants attend a series of online Pre-Session Conferences (PSC) in preparation of the weeklong training.

Participants receive Final Program of Work (FPW) and United Nations accreditation process details.
